This intimate wedding in Austin, TX took place at Chapel Dulcinea, and it was absolutely amazing! These two brides, Caitlyn and Kristen, looked so beautiful and HAPPY to finally be marrying their person. It was the first weekend in November, and it was seriously PERFECT. It was warm, windy, and not a cloud in the sky. Caitlyn and Kristen arrived together, but got dressed in different rooms in order to build that anticipation for the first look.
Caitlyn rocked an amazing 1920’s feel with her dress from BHLDN, gorgeous gatsby ring, and the prettiest bouquet that spread little feathers everywhere she went. Kristen wore the coolest jumper, and I was so obsessed with her hair all day. But all those little details didn’t matter when it came to ceremony time. These two brides wanted to keep it intimate, but they just have too many dang people they love! About 30 people squeezed into a tiny space with nothing but excitement for these two. I could tell in just an afternoon what an amazing community of support and love they have. It was an honor to be apart of it.
After the ceremony, they provided lunch and drinks for their guests at the Eberly in Austin. They had this underground bar that was dark and moody, with lounging seats that felt SO comfortable. There they got to celebrate and talk with all their guests, and a few people shared toasts expressing how happy they were for the newlyweds. It was the most joyous day ever, and I’m so happy to share with all of you!!
