Barton Creek Greenbelt Engagement Photos in Austin, TX
This Barton Creek Greenbelt engagement session with Rachel and Scott was so perfect, despite the gloomy weather.
We didn’t just start this engagement session at the Barton Creek Greenbelt. The first spot we went to celebrate Rachel and Scott’s engagement was the Great Outdoors in Austin! Let me tell you, this greenhouse is STUNNING. I am a huge plant lady, and I wanted to buy every plant within my reach! Rachel looked the part in her gorgeous emerald green dress, too! Although the space was a little tight, and there wasn’t much light due to the gloomy weather, I’m still in love with the pictures we took there. They seem more intimate to me within the smaller space, and obviously I’m in love with all the greenery!
We even got to take advantage of the season by getting some sweet Christmas photos!
There were a bunch of Christmas trees on display, so what else are we supposed to do, right? I think they are so cute! Plus, this session seems to really cover the seasons which doesn’t ever happen! Some neutral photos in the greenhouse, Christmas photos by the trees, and fall photos at the Barton Creek Greenbelt! Win, win, WIN.
Finally, we were off to take the rest of Rachel and Scott’s engagement photos at the Barton Creek Greenbelt.
I followed Scott because he’s much more knowledgeable about the greenbelt’s access points, and we were there in just five minutes! I was so happy when we arrived and I saw all the gorgeous fall colors still out. Yellows, oranges, and bright greens were all over the trees that surrounded the dry creek. I really had so much fun running around with these two. Rachel has such a positive, carefree, and energetic personality, and Scott spent the whole evening looking at her with the biggest smile on his face! It was so cute! It was such a blast capturing how much fun these two have together. Even with gloomy weather, spilled dirt, bruised ribs, and very contagious lint (had to be there!).
