This engagement session at the Mckinney Falls State Park in Austin was so fun for so many reasons! The most important reason of all is the couple I got to share it with. Sarah and Thomas are a couple of the kindest people you will ever meet! I felt so much peace being with them, and you can tell they love each other so deeply. Also, Sarah just has the best fashion sense ever! She looks like she’s straight out of a Free People magazine to me haha. This was also my first session at McKinney Falls State Park, and I loved it! I’m such a sucker for bodies of water. Lakes, oceans, rivers…they all make me so happy, and I’m so glad Sarah and Thomas went along with my ideas for our session! McKinney Falls was so perfect, because it gave us some cozy, woodsy vibes with all the trees and green grass as well as the adventurous feels with the crazy rock and natural pool Also, these two were such troopers in the very cold weather we were working with. This location is so fun in the summer to swim and adventure, but it was nice to get the whole place to ourselves going at a colder time!

We spent the rest of the evening at Chuy’s delighting ourselves in yummy Tex Mex and drinks. I love getting to spend extra time with my couples to talk about all the life and wedding things! I’m so thankful for a job that allows me to foster real relationships with such amazing people. We talked all things wedding, marriage, jobs, Austin, and of course, PUPPIES (EEP so excited for you guys). I’m so excited for their wedding in September! Seriously, I’m so thankful for the way these two have already invited me into their lives!
