My first time in Palm Springs, California was made with these engagement photos!

Seriously, Alex and Addison killed these boho engagement photos in Palm Springs. We took photos at this cute little venue, the Bella Donna Estate. It had such a variety of spaces, which was perfect for this shoot. White walls, cute furniture, gorgeous desert greenery…what more could you ask for?

We started the session in the cutest outdoor setup imaginable.

Honestly, I need this setup in my house one day. Do you see that pink couch, and adorable patterned pillows? The styling team (Wild Heart Events) absolutely slayed. I love that it created such a comfortable vibe for Alex and Addison, and it didn’t take long for them to just be in their element.

Then, we headed out to an intimate hammock area for more Palm Springs engagement photos.

There was so much greenery around us, and I loved it. I don’t get tons of greenery in Texas, so this was a true treat. Gorgeous palms, cute little cacti, and that awesome macrame hammock created the perfect vibe. Alex’s neutral canvas outfit really went well with the outdoorsy vibe, too. This is also when the sun started showing off for us, and it created that beautiful Californian glow.

Alex and Addison were such a sweet couple to work with.

Seriously, they made these Palm Springs engagement photos so easy. A lot of times for sessions, I’m firing away with questions, getting to really know the couple. Alex and Addison were so sweet in that they were asking me and the other photographers I was with tons of questions first! They are so personable, it made it that much easier to connect. I got to learn so much about their relationship in the short time we worked together, and I love seeing their connection come out in the photographs.
